Preliminary Enrolment Form

To enroll in any of the Programmes offered by the Peninsula Tennis Academy or to  participate in any of its upcoming events, you are requested to provide the following information by email, fax or regular mail or fill up an Enrollment Form at a Peninsula Centre near you. Tennis timings are 06.30 am to 09.30 am and 4 pm to 7 pm daily except weekly offs in respective centres.
